About the Wellness Break
The Wellness Break is more than just a yoga and wellness site; it’s a sanctuary for those seeking peace, health, and rejuvenation. Founded by a certified yoga and wellness coach, our mission is to provide comprehensive wellness solutions that cater to the needs of each individual.
Our offerings include carefully curated yoga classes designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. Each session is crafted to suit varying skill levels, ensuring everyone can benefit from the transformative power of yoga.
In addition to yoga, we host wellness retreats that offer a holistic approach to well-being. These retreats are a perfect opportunity to disconnect from the daily grind and reconnect with your inner self, surrounded by nature’s tranquility.
At The Wellness Break, we believe in the integration of mind, body, and spirit to achieve true wellness. Join us on a journey to discover harmony and balance in your life.
About the Founder
I am an Indian Navy veteran, having served my nation with dedication as a Commander. After transitioning from the disciplined life of the armed forces and a dynamic corporate career, I found myself seeking deeper meaning, balance, and harmony in life. This journey led me to embrace a holistic lifestyle rooted in Yoga and Ayurveda.
The profound transformation I experienced—reduced stress, enhanced clarity, and an inner sense of calm—motivated me to share this gift with others. At The Wellness Break, my mission is simple yet powerful: to empower individuals through minor lifestyle changes and timeless wellness practices that can significantly elevate their quality of life.
In addition to online classes, I design and lead exclusive wellness retreats. These retreats are thoughtfully curated to help participants pause, reconnect with themselves, and experience holistic living in its truest form. With a focus on Ayurveda, yoga, meditation, and simple yet profound lifestyle changes, each retreat is a rejuvenating experience, inspiring participants to incorporate wellness into their daily lives.
