The Wellness Break, brings you guided Yoga classes that you can practice from the comfort of your home.
Session Details
Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
Time: 5:30 AM – 6:30 AM IST
Platform: Google Meet
Format: Live two-way video sessions for real-time feedback and corrections
All you need is a laptop/mobile with a webcam set up to ensure your body (standing/sitting) is clearly visible to the instructor.

These Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga classes are suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioners.
Additionally, private/individual sessions are available for specific needs such as:
Therapeutic Yoga (Post-natal recovery, Diabetes, Thyroid issues, Hormonal imbalances)
Pain Management (Lumbago, Sciatica, etc.)
Note: Individual sessions are conducted only after a detailed one-on-one consultation.
Fee Structure
Group Yoga Sessions: ₹6000/month (Approx. 12 sessions)
Private/Individual Yoga: ₹12000/month (Approx. 12 sessions)
Payment: 100% advance at the beginning of the month.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds on discontinuation or cancellation mid-month.
